Prices
Rates are subject to change without notice. If for any reason the price requested is incorrect, the team at
Sea Land Tours . Will contact you to obtain your authorization and confirmation. Tips, personal luggage or insurance, drinks or food not mentioned in the product description and all other personal purchases are not included.

Payment
All excursions must be pre-paid, unless otherwise specified. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Carta Aura, Discover, PostPay, American Express and PayPal. The amount will be charged to your card in Euros.
Voucher
After payment, Sea Land Tours will allow you to print the voucher online, as proof of purchase, which must be presented to the service provider.
All traveler information should be correctly provided at the time of booking.
All requests for changes/amendments must be sent by email to Sea Land Tours at the email address: Info@sealandtours.it
Sea Land Tours cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise if you do not receive or if you do not carefully read the confirmation / voucher. In the event that you are unable to print the voucher, you must notify Sea Land Tours of the disruption at least 72 hours before the start date of the service by email to: Info@sealandtours.it

Cancellation/Refund Fee
Unless otherwise specified, the tour or package or any product cancelled without notice is subject to a cancellation fee according to the following scale

Cancellation more than 7 calendar days before the start of services: You will be charged a penalty of 0%.

Cancellation between 7 and 2 calendar days before services begin: You will be charged a 20% penalty.

Cancellation on the day of service or the day after: You will be charged a 100% penalty (no refund)

Complete cancellation of previously confirmed services must be followed by a cancellation confirmation from us.

Sea Land Tours  non sarà responsabile per qualsiasi cancellazione non ricevuta e non confermata una seconda volta al cliente e potrebbe addebitare il relativo costo di cancellazione o dichiarare no-show.
Solo in caso di cancellazione da parte di Sea Land Tours . per avverse condizioni metereologhe vi sara’un rimborso del 100% del costo dell’escursione prenotata

Itinerary changes
Sea Land Tours reserves the right to change itineraries due to adverse weather conditions in order to guarantee the safety of its customers; in such cases, SLT will have to refund ALL BOOKINGS for the day.

Limitation of liability
Sea Land Tours . assumes no responsibility for injuries, losses, damages, accidents, delays or inconveniences that may occur either by chance or force majeure (wars, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or by any cause beyond its control or otherwise attributable to the customer. Sea Land Tours . and its suppliers reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, for the benefit and enjoyment of the tour members. Sea Land Tours and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with the regulations in force.

Sea Land Tours offers services as a tour operator and travel agency with the authorization of the maritime district.

Law on the protection of private data
Il T.O., attraverso il sito web www.sealandtours.it complies with the obligations set forth by the Italian law on the protection of personal data of 2003 (Legislative Decree no. 196/03, and subsequent amendments). Furthermore, the T.O. understands the importance of keeping confidential all information provided by the traveler during the use of the websites. The traveler's contacts and other personal data are stored by the T.O. and are used only to provide the information requested by the traveler. This information may be used by the T.O. staff to keep the traveler informed about new activities and events promoted. The T.O. will not disclose info@sealandtours.it with a specific request for cancellation.
